Shareda and Property Hunter extend PH Expo to S'kan, Tawau

Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) and Property Hunter will extend its PH Expo to Sandakan and Tawau in June and July respectively. PH Expo is the largest property exhibition series in Sabah. The collaboration between Shareda and Property Hunter had resulted in the increase of property development and investment opportunities in Sabah.

"The various marketing platforms offered by Property Hunter, which includes a monthly magazine and classified, website portal and property talks by well-known professionals in this field, has expanded the knowledge and investment confidence among the public. "This complements Shareda's aim to deliver developments of high quality to meet the needs of house buyers and businesses in Sabah," it said. The expo in Sandakan will be from June 12 to 14 and Tawau from July 3 to 5 and will have the support of Shareda council members Hap Seng Properties Development's John Tan Duo Zer and Wah Mie Group's Quek Siew Hau. Quek said: "We would like to build on the momentum that has already been established between Shareda and Property Hunter to make the coming expos a bigger success.
