Kuala Lumpur: Singapore SEA Games triple gold medallist in archery, Fatin Nurfatehah Mat Salleh feels her performance at the World University Games (Universiade) would be as important as her participation in the Olympics. The Universiade will be a platform that will be on par with the Olympics for archery, especially the Compound event, since Compound events are not included in the Olympics programme. Therefore, the Universiade in Gwangju, South Korea next month will be the Olympics for archers like us who compete in Compound events, she said.
