Kota Kinabalu: Christian Chin is hoping to end the second half of the season with a bang after recovering from his injury sustained at his last tournament in Sheeperton, Australia during the Junior Davies Cup in April.The Asian Tennis Federation (ATF) Under-14 number one came back to Kota Kinabalu four weeks ago for a month of rest after the Australian trip."He was here since the start of the month to recuperate from the foot injury," said Sabah Tennis Association President Johnson Koh on Monday.

Christian who has missed two ITF tournaments in Indonesia and Thailand in the months of May and June, has just returned to Lawn Tennis Association Malaysia (LTAM) academy at Jalan Duta on Sunday to start his training programme again. "He is hungry as ever and he just couldn't wait to be on his feet to kick-start his season again in July, in order to catch up his ITF points and he will try to win as many tournaments as he could in the remaining months," added Koh.
