Bentley KL signs MoU with Sabah's DKV Automobil

Kota Kinabalu: Bentley Kuala Lumpur has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DKV Automobil Sdn Bhd on Tuesday to provide maintenance & service support to Bentley owners in Sabah.The event was witnessed by Datuk Teo Chee Kang, Minister with Special Tasks and attended by Bentley owners.The new partnership will provide a strategic platform for Bentley Kuala Lumpur to build a stronger foothold in East Malaysia, having already delivered several cars to Sabah, Sarawak and the Federal Territory of Labuan over the years.

Bentley Kuala Lumpur will provide Crewe Genuine parts, Bentley Accessories and full support in terms of parts warranty, technical knowledge and diagnostic support direct from the factory in Crewe. Bentley Kuala Lumpur will also provide on-job technical training to DKV's technicians as a first step into this strategic collaboration. "DKV being the official Volkswagen dealer in Kota Kinabalu and under Dicky Vun's stewardship is the right partner for us" commented Jerry, General Manager for Bentley Kuala Lumpur.Within the VW Group, both brands share similar procedures, processes and platforms for parts ordering, servicing and warranty.
