Seeking girl's next of kin

Sandakan: The Welfare Department office here is looking for the mother or next of kin of a baby girl, found at Kampung Berjaya 1 in Kinabatangan district on Nov 24 last year.In a statement, the department stated that the girl was left in front of the door of a house in Kampung Berjaya 1, Bukit Garam in Kinabatangan.

Up to this day, nobody had come to the department to ask about the child who is now in the care of the department.

Those with information regarding the whereabouts of the mother of the child or her next of kin are urged to contact Salbiah Jemon at 089-216494.
