Eleven senior police officers on transfer

Kuala Lumpur: The Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) on Saturday announced the transfer and coordination of its senior officers, effective May 16.PDRM Corporate Communications head Assistant Commissioner Datin Asmawati Ahmad, in a statement, said the transfers, among others, involved the Bukit Aman E3 Special Branch principal assistant director Datuk Khariri Jaafar who will over as the new Bukit Aman Special Branch deputy director II.His post is taken over by Datuk Rosly Abas, who is Bukit Aman Special Branch Secretariat and Research principal assistant director.ADVERTISEMENT The statement also said Bukit Aman Special Branch E7 principal assistant director Datuk A Rahman Ahmad is retained in his current post with the rank of acting deputy commissioner of police.Meanwhile, Penang police contingent headquarters Crime Investigation Department head Datuk Mohd Zakaria Ahmad is appointed as Johor Police deputy chief as acting DCP.Mohd Zakaria will be replaced by Datuk Razarudin Husain@Abd Rasid, who prior to this, holds the post of Bukit Aman Inspector-General of Police Office Secretariat Special Tactical Squad 1 (Crime) deputy commander.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.
