KKCCCI wants City Hall to provide the same amnesty to motorists who did not display the parking coupon and have been summoned since enforcement began on Jan 1 last year. He also reminded motorists issued with summonses for parking longer than the value of the coupon they had scratched to be aware that they can go to any City Hall kiosk within seven days to have their summons of RM10 cancelled by scratching additional coupons matching the period they had parked.
