Jelebu MP collapses at home, to undergo surgery

JELEBU: Jelebu Member of Parliament Datuk Zainuddin Ismail was rushed to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) after falling unconscious at his home in Kuala Klawang, here, Friday. Jelebu Umno division chief Datuk Jalaluddin Alias said Zainuddin suddenly passed out at around noon. The MP was initially admitted to the Jelebu Hospital before being referred to HKL, he said when contacted.

Jalaluddin said he was informed by doctors that a computed tomography (CT) scan showed what might be a growth in the brain. "The hospital will conduct a surgery. He is still in the Intensive Care Unit," he said. Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.
