The victim, Christy Chok Lee Lui, said she was traumatised and humiliated after the man, in his 50s, shouted at her and hurled profanities at her following an argument about a project for the housing area where her parents live.

In the incident, Chok also claimed that the man had caused damage to her phone after he forcefully took it from her.

The man later returned the phone to her after she pleaded for it.

She also said he insulted her profession as a journalist when he called journalism an uncivilised profession.
