Eastspring Investments declares 2.57 sen income distribution

Kuala Lumpur: Eastspring Investments Bhd has declared a gross income distribution of 2.57 sen per unit for the Eastspring Investments Target Income Fund 3.This is the second semi-annual income distribution for its second year.

In a statement Thursday, Eastspring Investments said all unit holders who have maintained their unit holdings in the fund as at June 21 this year would be entitled to the income distribution.

"The fund has chartered a return of 11.59 per cent since inception," it said.

Eastspring Investments, a leading asset manager in Asia that manages assets of over US$131 billion, said the fund endeavoured to provide regular income during its tenure by investing in local and/or foreign bonds. – Bernama
