SKE signs gas sales deal with Petronas

Kuala Lumpur: SapuraKencana Energy Sarawak Inc (SKE) has signed the SK310 upstream gas sales agreement in relation to the gas production from the B15 gas field with Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) as buyers and SK310 production-sharing contract (PSC) contractors as sellers.In a statement Monday, SapuraKencana Petroleum Bhd (SKPB) said Petronas awarded the block to its unit, SKE, on June 17, 2008.SKE has participating interest of 30 per cent in the gas field, Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd, 40 per cent and Mitsubishi Corp's unit, Diamond Energy Sarawak Sdn Bhd, 30 per cent.
