AirAsia moves to Terminal 1 in Myanmar

Kuala Lumpur: The AirAsia Group would relocate its operations in Yangon, Myanmar, to Terminal 1 from Terminal 2, at present, effective Tuesday."Passengers travelling on all flights operated by Malaysia AirAsia (flight code AK) and Thai AirAsia (flight code FD) are advised to check-in at Terminal 1, which is a walking distance from the old terminal.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.

"All travellers flying to and from Yangon will be informed of the change via e-mail and short message service," AirAsia said in a statement.

Malaysia AirAsia operates two routes from Kuala Lumpur and Penang into Yangon while Thai AirAsia operates one route from Bangkok into Yangon with a total of 45 weekly flights. – Bernama
