Granny saves three from fire

Sandakan: A 70-year-old grandmother saved three grandchildren from fire which destroyed her son's house on Wednesday.The woman who stayed in the house belonging to her son, Hassan Abdul Salim, who is also Kg Dandulit JKKK Chairman, suffered burns on her hands.According to the Fire and Rescue Services Department, four fire engines and 15 firefighters were dispatched to the scene after receiving a distress call at 3.04pm and they managed to control the fire from spreading at 3.42pm.
