Man ordered to enter defence for raping cousin, 14

Kota Kinabalu: A 38-year-old man was ordered by the Sessions Court here on Thursday to enter his defence on a charge of raping his underaged cousin.Judge Azreena Aziz made the order after ruling that the prosecution had established a prima facie case. The court fixed July 21 for the man's defence. The man is accused of raping the 14-year-old girl at 2.30pm on Nov 6, 2015 and 7am on Nov 7, 2015 at a hotel in Sinsuran Complex, here.
