Kota Kinabalu: Angkatan Perubahan Sabah (APS) Vice-President Paul Kadau has filed a report with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Agency (MACC) alleging abuse of power by Beaufort Umno Chief Datuk Isnin Aliansih for using a party letterhead to intimidate a native chief. He said he believed Isnin had used the letterhead to get Keningau Native Chief OKK Majabin Dalinus to continue postponing a case involving the former's alleged insult on the Dusun race from being heard in the Native Court."I urge the Keningau Native Court to stop postponing the case. Unless the case is settled, more issues will arise," he said.

"Umno is a political party…So I consider the use of the party letterhead as an attempt to intimidate," he added.Paul filed the MACC report accompanied by several Dusun leaders, including former Human Resource Deputy Minister Datuk Kalakau Untol and PCS Secretary General Petrus Guriting. He had before this he tried other legal channels to resolve the case but was unable to proceed because it had yet to be mentioned in the Native Court. He insisted that according to the provisions contained in the Native Court, both him as the plaintiff and Isnin as defendant must first be notified about any postponement and either must agree or otherwise.
