Woman cheated of RM20,000

Kuala Lumpur: A bitter lesson of love was learnt by a local businesswoman who claimed that she was cheated by a 'Love Scam' syndicate masterminded by Nigerians, causing her to lose RM20,000. "The victim was then instructed for the second time to deposit RM450,000 but, suspecting foul play, she filed a police report on July 27," Muhamad Roy said in a statement here. – Bernama
