No need to appoint Muhy: Azmin

Selangor: Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) has stressed that there is no need to appoint former deputy prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin as the new opposition chief. Its deputy president, Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali said Pakatan Harapan has not discussed the matter, in fact it is not an urgent topic to be brought up. He said PKR maintained its stand to continue retaining its president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail as opposition chief to lead Pakatan Harapan.

"Now, it is not the question of who is the (new) opposition chief as there is already an opposition chief namely Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
