Lahad Datu: A 47-year-old was killed after a four-wheel-drive vehicle crashed into the motorcycle he was riding at Km8 along the Lahad Datu – Tungku road, here, on Monday. Jaiman@ Jasman Jafar from Felda Sahabat 1, Kg. Anjung Teduh was pronounced dead upon arrival at the Lahad Datu Hospital. It was learnt that the motorcyclist and the car were heading towards Lahad Datu from Tungku when the incident took place at about 1pm.

District Police Chief ACP Hamzah Ahmad said preliminary investigation found that the incident occurred when the man lost control of his motorcycle and hit the vehicle in front of him.
