State CID chief ACP Wan Abd Aziz Wan Hamzah said the police had received a report on the matter.

He said footage of the school's closed-circuit television camera showed the victim had ended lessons in the morning session and was waiting for an afternoon session class when she was approached by an unidentified man who asked her to go to the store.

"The victim followed the man but stopped short of entering the store.
