Mercedes, condo await takers at TYT Corporate Cup 2016 golf tourney

Kota Kinabalu: The second Head of State Corporate Charity Cup team golf tournament is set to take place on October 9 at the Sutera Harbour Marina, Golf & Country Club.The one-day event will kick start with the tournament in the morning and afternoon followed by the prize presentation gala dinner in the evening at the Grand Ballroom, Magellan Sutera Resort.

The tournament is for a team of four with the best of three scores will be counted based on the system 36 handicapping of the round with the lowest Nett score over 18 holes as the winner.

The Hole-In-One prizes are one unit of Mercedes C180 sponsored by Hap Seng Star Sdn Bhd, one unit of 3-bedroom condominium at Kingfisher Inanam sponsored by Hap Seng Land and Development Sdn Bhd, RM20,000 cash for each Par 3 sponsored by Docomo Development Sdn Bhd, first class return flight from Kota Kinabalu to London for two sponsored by Malaysian Airlines, Yamaha Grandis (Iron set, GP driver & caddie bag) sponsored by MST Golf.

To participate, companies or organisations can make a donation with one of the exclusive HSCCC Donation Packages inclusive of corporate team golf tournament flights and dinner, namely Platinum Package at RM25,000.00 & above, Gold Package at RM15,000.00, Silver Package at RM10,000.000 and Bronze Package at RM5,000.00.

Sabah revenue hits RM6.97 billion: Hajiji says GRS State Government may see full term

Chairman of Yayasan Nur Jauhar, Hj Al Hambra Tun Juhar in a press conference on Tuesday said the foundation is a charitable organization founded by the Head of State and his consort, Toh Puan Datuk Seri Panglima Norlidah Tan Sri Datuk R.M Jasni in 2012.

"It was His Excellency Tun and Toh Puan's aspiration to provide aid and assistance for the underprivileged community in Sabah regardless of their background, religion or ethnic group.

"It is the Foundation's vision that by assisting and improving their quality of life, the community would prosper and contribute to the development of the nation," he said.

Al Hambra also unveiled the new logo of the charity cup during the session which was also attended by Gerald Tan, the deputy chief executive officer of the resort as well as representatives from some of the sponsors.
