Kota Kinabalu: A Jalan Sihat Programme and Khazanah Khas exhibition will be held at the Sabah Museum complex on Sept 28.The event will be officiated by Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun.The gotong-royong programme will be to clean up the museum area to prevent the ethnobotany park from being a mosquito breeding area.

A mosquito trap prototype will also be launched at the Museum Heritage Village in an effort to control mosquito-borne diseases such as dengue and Zika.

The Khazanah Khas exhibition on various plant species will also be held to give awareness to visitors on the importance of the jungle to humans and create a caring attitude for nature.
