Federal sec office launches 2016-2020 Strategic Plan

style="text-transform: uppercase;">Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Federal Secretary Office has launched its 2016-2020 Strategic Plan to continue to be relevant and contribute to the Federal and State Government.State Federal Secretary, Datuk Borhan Dolah said, the strategic plan is important because the role of his office is to bridge the two governments.

"This plan will strengthen the process of coordination and harmonisation in terms of development projects involving both parties.

"Within the next five years, we expect the role played to be much stronger for the benefit of the State and Federal Government," he said after a meeting of the Heads of Department at the State Federal Department on Tuesday.

Borhan said the strategic plan will be based on five main pillars to reinforce the relationship management of Federal and State agencies, strengthening the role of facilitators surrounding the implementation of federal development programmes, strengthening information management and strategic issues of systematic information storage , strengthening the management of the organisation and culturalise noble values ​​towards organisational excellence and strengthening the management of quarters and shared facilities for improving customer convenience.
