Penampang: A 12-year-old boy was killed when the lorry he was in crashed near Jalan Inobong Putaton Bangsadon, here, Thursday.The boy, identified as Jarcky Justin from Kampung Kogopon, Papar, died after he was pinned under the lorry driven by his 50-year-old father.District Police Chief DSP Rosley Hobden said they were returning to Papar from Jalan Pukakon Pomotodon Phase 2 when the 1.50pm mishap occurred.

The boy's father was said to have lost control of the vehicle, sending his son flying out of the vehicle and onto its undercarriage.
