Marmaz Group Holding, China firms sign MoUs

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah-based Marmaz Group Holding, has signed a memorandum of understandings (MoUs) with two companies from China to explore the oil and gas, labour, engineering, construction and downstream sector.The cooperation was signed between Marmaz and Jiangsu Jiangdu Construction Group Co Ltd, Xian Xin Ming Real Estate Co Ltd, Guangdong Xinyi Economic Development Co Ltd, Jiangsu Huayi Construction Engineering Co Ltd and Inner Mongolia Rongcheng Real Estate Development Co Ltd at a hotel here, recently.

Marmaz was represented by its Executive Chairman, Dato Seri Marajoh Unding, while Jiangsu Jiangdu Construction was represented by its Group Chairman Chen Dhaoqing, witnessed by Lee Ehing @ Aster Lee Bt Lee Kim Kuan.

According to Marajoh, the MoUs would allow China companies to render their support to all projects undertaken by Marmaz and Barnmin Enterprise Sdn Bhd.

The agreements involved exchanging expertise and technology in engeneering, oil and gas exploration and investment.

Marmaz alos signed MoU with EPSC Tainjin Technology (M) Sdn Bhd to explore oil and gas, trade, consultancy and management sector.

The MoU was signed between Marajoh and Zhuang Yan Bin, EPSC Tianjin Chairman.
