Kota Kinabalu: Adlane Messelem has been officially named by Sabah Football Association (Safa) as the new Sabah Rhinos team manager for the 2017 Premier League season.The French national who was earlier appointed as the Sporting Director for Safa took over from Datuk Nizam Abu Bakar Titingan who only held the post for a season.Adlane will be assisted by former internationals Datuk James Wong and Datuk Hassan Sani.

Safa also signed up 30-year-old defender Ahmad Azlan Zainal who last played for Kuala Lumpur in the Premier League last season.
