Continuity, not change: Musa

Kota Belud: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman said Parti Warisan Sabah's claim to be able to change Sabah for the better sounds hollow considering that its leader failed to develop even his own constituency (in Semporna) all these years.Instead, he said, what Sabah needs is not change but continuity of all planned development programmes and projects which the Barisan Nasional coalition had been doing all along. "What is important for State leaders is to get all the jobs done and promises fulfilled."That's why we go to the ground to see for ourselves what needs to be done and hear the needs of the people in all districts," he told community leaders during his first working visit to the district this year, Monday.

He said the State leaders still have so much to do to ensure continued development particularly in the employment sector."If the Chief Minister brought investors to build hotels and industries in Kota Belud, these will benefit the people in the district for they will create a lot of jobs and also will be good for the local economy," he said. - Leonard Alaza
