Maybank Indonesia announces new CEO

JAKARTA: Maybank Indonesia Tbk (Maybank Indonesia) Monday announced the appointment of Group President and Chief Executive Officer of Maybank Datuk Abdul Farid Alias as its new President Commissioner.Maybank Indonesia Head of Corporate Communications and Branding Esti Nugraheni, said in a statement, that Abdul Farid was taking over from Tan Sri Megat Zaharuddin Megat Mohd Nor after the annual general meeting (AGM), held yesterday, accepted his resignation.The AGM also approved the appointment of Restiana Ie Tjoe Linggadjaya as Director, succeeding Ghazali Bin Mohd Rasad who completed his term of service.
