IRB case against actress withdrawn

SHAH ALAM: The Magistrate's Court here allowed an application by the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) to withdraw the case against actress Nelydia Senrose who was hauled up for allegedly not filing her tax returns.Magistrate P. Sarulatha made the decision after IRB counsel Nurulsheeda Mohd Yahaya informed the court that the 23-year-old actress, whose real name is Nik Zaris Nelydia Nik Sen, had come to the IRB office and admitted to have failed to submit her income tax returns and paid the compound fines.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.

Sarulatha also allowed the IRB application to revoke the arrest warrant issued on Nelydia on April 12 for failing to appear in court when her case relating to income tax offences came up for mention.
