In a statement Wednesday, the Sabah Civil Defence Force said so far, no villagers have had to be evacuated.

"The heavy rains which fell for three hours in Hulu Kadamaian caused several risky areas to be flooded.

"Several roads were also flooded, namely Jalan Tamu, Kampung Bobot and Lingkodon, and were impassable to light vehicles," it said.

The statement also said members of the Civil Defence Force also monitored the flash flood areas and rain had stopped at 6pm.
