Boy feared drowned after car swept away in K'gau

Keningau: A 17-year-old boy is feared drowned after the car he was driving plunged into a river here early Monday.The Perodua Kenari driven by Mohd Hazim Zihni Jubik was swept away by strong currents in the 1am incident at Sungai Liawan, near Kampung Dangulad, here.The victim was believed to have driven the vehicle across a bridge that had been submerged by overflowing water due to heavy rain since Sunday night.
