Sabah and Sarawak swimmers tie the knot

Kota Kinabalu: Former national swimmers Melvin Chua Bao Quan and Marellyn Liew levelled-up in life as the duo are now finally married.The happy couple finally tied the knot after a long nine-year courtship.

Liew locked-in their relationship by saying "I do" to Chua on Nov 11, this year.

Sarawakian-born Chua, and Sabahan-born Liew, are now currently settling in life by coaching young swimmers after going through many swimming adventures around the world.

Former Olympian swimmers Daniel Bego from Miri and Leung Chii Lin, from Kota Kinabalu were reunited by attending Chua and Liew's wedding.

Both Bego and Leung are still holding national records that are still unbreakable to this very day.

The wedding dinner was also attended by many swimmers from both Sabah and Sarawak, as well as national swimmers from the other states.
