RM1,500 cheer for State Govt staff

STATE civil servants have reason to rejoice – they will receive a special payment of RM1,500 by next year.CM Musa, who announced the good news when tabling the State Budget 2018, said the special payment was given to show the Government's appreciation to them."The State's civil servants are the main pulse and heart of the government machinery and administration.

"Therefore, as announced by the Federal Government of RM1,500 as bonus for their civil servants in the national budget 2018, we have agreed to provide a special payment RM1,500 to all Sabah Civil Servants," he said.Musa said the special assistance will be made twice, of which RM1,000 will be paid simultaneously with salary payment of January 2018 while another RM500 in next year's Hari Raya Aidil Fitri celebration.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.
