PETALING JAYA: Johor Crown Prince Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim (TMJ) has dared Persib Bandung head coach Mario Gomez to sue him.FMT reported that according to the Malay Mail, Gomez revealed that he intended to take legal action against Tunku Ismail, who owns Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT), for allegedly withholding part of Gomez's salary when Gomez had been the head coach of the Johor football team.

In a stunning, acerbic riposte, Tunku Ismail said on Facebook: "Keep on trying, Mario.

Please take me to court because I have never been in one and I would like to experience it."

The rift between Tunku Ismail and Gomez began in March when the former as the newly-elected Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) president appointed Gomez as the coach of the Malaysian national football team.

However, Gomez was subsequently rejected over salary demands. Gomez has already been busy preparing his case against Tunku Ismail.

"We will see each other in court soon," he said.

"My lawyer and I are working on presenting my case to Fifa. I will give them very sensitive information."

Gomez became the head coach of Persib Bandung last month. It is the Argentine's third club in Asia which he has coached, after Hong Kong's South China AA and JDT.

While at JDT, Gomez helped the club win two Malaysia Super League championships, as well as the 2015 AFC Cup, when JDT defeated Istiklol to become the first Malaysian club to win a continental title.
