Gamuda Land introduces application for residents
Published on: Sunday, December 17, 2017

INANAM: Gamuda Land introduced its Residence Management Application for the first time to visitors during its Christmas celebration on Saturday.

Its General Manager Cheo Yuan Ping said the app was the first of its kind to be introduced in Kota Kinabalu.

"The app is designed to add value and convenience to residents when it comes to managing various aspects of amenities and community living.

"Via the application, residents can opt for a variety of functions such as pre-registration of visitors, common facility defects reporting, booking of common facilities, community chat and panic room button.

"Residents can download the application through Google Play store or App Store," Cheo said at the celebration held at Bukit Bantayan Residences.

More than 100 people attended the celebration for residents and surrounding community.

Cheo said as a town-maker, Gamuda Land creates places where people know one another, live and play together and, more importantly, look out for one another.

"We host our communities during festive seasons such as Christmas as it provides an opportunity to engage with them in a happy and full-filled environment.

"We believe that the common ground for everyone is the community. Such event acts as a platform for neighbours to come together and have a chance to get to know each other," he said.

At the Christmas celebration, visitors were also presented with the opportunity to be among the first to experience lifestyle at Bukit Bantayan Residences.

Retail tenants of the village square showcased their services spanning across beauty and wellness, food and beverages, cleaning services, pre-school, convenient outlet and marketplace, among many others.

In conjunction with the coming Christmas celebration, Bukit Bantayan Residences has presented food items, provisions, non-perishable items as well as Christmas gifts to children of the Sabah Cheshire Home and Care Haven Children's Home as part of its corporate social responsibility initiative to contribute to the community.

Bukit Bantayan Residences is Gamuda's maiden residential development in Sabah and has received a very encouraging response since its launch in April last year.

Located on a hilltop here, Bukit Bantayan Residences is a well-planned development that combines all the key elements that matter – architecture, landscape, facilities and amenities.
