SHAH ALAM: In his third appearance in the EurAsia Cup golf tournament, local professional player Nicholas Fung is hoping that he would get the best pairing to start off his challenge in the championship."The most important thing is we need to get the right partner. "I think that's the most important for Asia. I know we all are good friends on Team Asia, so everybody is friendly, funny. What I'm looking for is someone to hit longer for me and that will be easier for me," said the 27-year-old Sabahan. In the last edition in 2016, he paired up with another local professional, Danny Chia, in the fourball and foursome competition where they recorded a half point against France's Victor Dubuisson and Denmark's Soren Kjeldsen. But in the singles, Fung was beaten in 7 & 6 scores by Englishmen Lee Westwood.ADVERTISEMENT Fung noted that he wanted to start off the 2018 season on high notes based on his performance."I've prepared very well this time, I've been playing well at this golf course and practice here a lot.
