Kuala Lumpur: The second panda cub born six days ago at the National Zoo in Hulu Kelang, Selangor is a female.This was announced by Natural Resources and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar in a statement Saturday. "I am very pleased to announce that the newly born giant panda is a female and weighs 190 grammes.
