USM, UTS boost cooperation with executive health service at HUSM

Kota Baru: Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and Usains Tech Services Sdn Bhd (UTS) continue to boost their cooperation through the offering of the executive health service at the USM Hospital (HUSM) in Kubang Kerian here.Usains Holding Sdn Bhd Board of Directors chairman Datuk Redza Rafiq said the service had been fully operational since last December with overall cost of RM6 million.

The executive health service offers 38 executive wards with state-of-the-art facilities, executive polyclinics managed by over 100 experts in various medical specialties, a clinical research unit, laboratory, imaging service and also event management service, he told reporters after the launch of the USM Executive Health Service here Saturday.

Also present was USM Board of Governors chairman Tan Sri Zulkefli Hassan and USM vice-chancellor Datuk Dr Asma Ismail. – Bernama
