Coupon parking in S'kan from Feb 15

Sandakan: A new parking system and fees will be implemented here from Feb 15.Sandakan Municipal Council President Datuk Ir James Wong said the new system would use coupons for two types of parking space - green and red – at the rates of RM2 and RM1 for every hour, respectively.He said the operating schedule, which currently is 7am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays and 7am to 1pm on Saturdays, would also be changed to 8am to 5pm and 8am to 1pm on Mondays to Fridays and Saturdays, respectively.

The Council has also decided to allow Daily Parking Coupon owners to park their vehicles at Menara MPS, with only a fee of RM3.60 a day, he said.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.
