FAS launches internal probe into match-fixing allegation

Kuching: The Sarawak Football Association (FAS) is conducting an internal investigation after it received reports that some of the state football players were allegedly involved with match-fixing. Its president, Datuk Posa Majais, had instructed team manager Wahab Abdul Rahim to lead the internal investigation and take the necessary action in accordance with the law. "If it is true, the players involved will be suspended from the team.
