NABAWAN: Tiffny Wahyunie Titus, 12, set a new 100-metre as well as a new 4x100-metre record at the District School Sports Championship (MSSD) at Nabawan district school, on Friday.She clocked a record breaking 14.34 seconds in the 100-metre run, breaking the old record of 14.50 seconds that was set 26 years ago while also setting a new record for the 4x100-metre run of 59.08 seconds.The Kg Enam born athlete had also won the 200-metre and 4x200-metre run, bringing home a total of four gold medals.ADVERTISEMENT Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.

The three-day school sports between zones was officiated by Nabawan Assemblyman Datuk Bobbey Suan.Zone 1 emerged as the winner with eight golds, eight silvers and three bronzes while Zone 4 achieved runner-up with three golds, five silvers and six bronzes and second runner up was awarded to Zone 6 with three golds. - Yayasan Dalimpos
