Kurup wants out, son in Pensiangan?

PENSIANGAN: PBRS will field a young candidate in the coming 14th general election (GE14) in P182 Pensiangan considering the increase in number of young voters in recent years and to rejuvenate the party's image. "PBRS is looking forward to have a good representation of young candidate in the coming election and to have a better combination among experienced and young leaders.

It is therefore paramount that whether at state or national level, we must demonstrate that we have young talents coming through the ranks especially in winnable area.

However, the party is very strict on only people with the right qualification and capability can be considered, he said.

Our supreme council had measured his capabilities. We believe he has no problem to take care of Pensiangan.

PBRS has submitted to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak the name of the potential candidate and hoped the recommendation would be positively considered.

PBRS urged voters in Pensiangan to give BN a good mandate to continuously implement more holistic development in the rural areas for the betterment of the communities.

It was previously belived that son of incumbent and Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, Tan Sri Joseph Kurup would stand in Pensiangan should Kurup decide to retire.
