Published on: Tuesday, April 24, 2018

Sandakan: PAS candidate, Norsah Bongsu, who will be contesting in Batu Sapi parliamentary and Karamunting state seats, vows to fight for four key issues faced by the people in the constituencies.

The 47-year-old unit trust consultant said the issues are education, welfare, economy and employment.

She said she will also highlight needs of the people such as for better roads, a community market, more stalls and better water and electricity supply.

Other that these, she said she will offer to fight for a stronger religious institution and solve land ownership issues.

In the meantime, another PAS candidate for Sekong, Sahar Abdul Majid, said he will also be fighting for issues on education, welfare, economy and employment.

All the seats contested by both of them were won by the Barisan Nasional in the last general election. – Mardinah Jikur
