Kota Kinabalu: The Magistrate's Court fixed July 2 for mention of the case involving a 33-year-old man from China charged with molesting a local woman.

Magistrate Stephanie Sherron Abbie set the date for Yu Feng Shan when the complainant told the court Monday that she wished to withdraw the police report against Yu.

The court postponed the case pending instruction from the Deputy Public Prosecutor's office.
