"The total number of aircraft involved under the abovementioned transfer is 15 aircraft and AirAsia has received US$201.5 million in gross proceeds in the form of US$151.5 million as cash consideration and 3.33 million FLY equity issued at US$15.00 per FLY depository share to AirAsia in accordance with the FLY subscription agreement."

To date, the cumulative number of aircraft transferred is 54 and the group has received gross proceeds totalling US$703.1 million (RM2.89 billion). AirAsia had said the total proceeds are expected to be US$902 million (RM3.71 billion). At the noon break, its share price fell 6 sen or 1.7pc to RM3.38 with 4.42 million shares changing hands.
