Petrol seized in Semporna

Semporna: Marine police seized 92 jerry cans containing petrol worth RM5,060 from a boat during "Op Pensura Khas" at Bulipatuid waters, off here, Tuesday. Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) Commander DCP Datuk Hazani Ghazali said three suspects – two Malaysians and a Filipino – aged between 19 and 32 were also detained. He said acting on a tip, a marine police team went to the scene in an undercover boat, assisted by PSC 61 Patrol Boat, and intercepted the boat skippered by a 32-yearold suspect.
