Malaysia secure sixth placing

Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia finished their campaign in the sixth place in the 2018 Women's World Team Squash Championship after losing 0-2 to the United States in the fifth/sixth classification match in Dalian, China, Sunday.In Sunday's match held at Xigang Gymnasium, the United States took the lead after Sabrina Sobhy defeated national junior player, Aifa Azman, 11-5, 15-13 and 11-8 in the first match, according to the tournament website www.wsfwomensteams.com.

Sabrina's elder sister, Amanda who is the world number 18th player, sealed the victory for the United States when she stunned world number nine, Datuk Nicol David 6-11, 11-9, 11-3 and 12-10 in the second match. – Bernam
