“All the education-related departments in Sabah will be mobilised immediately to work together to realise this effort.
“I also want to urge all State and private colleges as well as the public and private high education institutions in Sabah to do a review on all their curriculum for this year, so emphasis can be given on entrrepreneurship skill aspects among their students,” he said in a statement issued conjunction with his Ministry’s official visit to Singapore recently.
Dr Yusof said the visit to Singapore was a follow up to Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean’s official visit to Sabah last year, with a purpose to explore and learn on the education model of the country for all levels from preschool up to higher learning institution.
“A memorandum of understanding (MoU) is scheduled to be sealed between the State Government and Singapore Education Ministry soon, as a result of the Ministry’s official visit,” he said.
