Kunak: Sabah Housing and Town Development Authority (SHTDA) is in the midst of hiring the services of a security company to prevent vandalism at its property at Lorong Sri Idaman 1.
Commenting on vandalism at the shophouses there, its General Manager, Jenar Lamdah, said the property has already been issued with Occupational Certificate (OC). He also said they have listed several eligible buyers of the shophouses. He assured that the SHTDA would repair any damage on the premise.
On other developments, Kunak district council member Abdul Rahim Wahab said the shophouses should be sold fast to avoid the premises being used for negative activities. He said the Council's income would increase if the shophouses are sold.
