Kota Kinabalu: The Montfort Open House Food and Funfair Carnival will be held at the newly-completed Montfort campus in Kinarut on August 9.
Recently-appointed Director of Montfort Youth Training Centre, Bro. Peter K, called on the public to come for the carnival and witness the tremendous amount of selfless hard work put in by everybody involved in the event.
Organising chairman Chiang Wei Chia also promised that visitors to the carnival, from 8am to 2.30pm, are in for a number of surprises.
Friends and supporters of Montfort will set up more than 40 stalls selling local delicacies, drinks and a variety of attractive items for visitors.
Among the highlights are musical entertainment by De Notes Music Academy featuring De Notes Student Band, De Notes Gospel Band and Three SA Band comprising Universiti Malaysia Sabah undergraduates.
Children will also be in for a treat as apart from balloons and ice-creams, there will also be a Clowns and Magic Show.
