Slight haze presence

Kota Kinabalu: Several parts of the city and surrounding areas were blanketed by haze since morning, Tuesday.
Although visibility levels deteriorated slightly towards the latter part of the evening, the Meteorological Department described the conditions as normal with the API reading put at 70.
It was learnt that Labuan was even more affected due to open burning in parts of Sabah as well as winds blowing the smoke from Kalimantan fires where several hotspots were located.
